Draft information about how ZenithPulse GmbH processes personal data on the EnvoPulse website.

1. Controller and contact

EnvoPulse is a brand and suite of energy intelligence solutions developed and provided by ZenithPulse GmbH. Final registered office and company registry details are pending legal verification.

For privacy requests, contact info@envopulse.com.

2. Scope

This notice explains the intended processing of personal data when people visit envopulse.com, use the Contact form, email the team, change cookie settings or interact with EnvoPulse about pilots, platform discussions, partnerships or general enquiries.

3. Data processed

  • Contact details and professional context submitted through the Contact form: full name, work email, organisation, optional role, interest and message.
  • Email content and follow-up notes needed to understand and respond to the enquiry.
  • Technical data generated by website access, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, request time, security logs and diagnostic information.
  • Consent preference records needed to remember cookie choices.
  • Analytics events only after analytics consent has been granted.

Please do not send passwords, personal energy data, confidential technical files, special-category personal data or information that is not needed for the enquiry.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to contact requests and organising follow-up conversations: pre-contractual measures and/or legitimate interest.
  • Managing professional relationships with prospects, partners and stakeholders: legitimate interest and, where applicable, pre-contractual or contractual measures.
  • Website operation, security, abuse prevention and diagnostics: legitimate interest and legal obligations where applicable.
  • Analytics and website improvement: consent where required.

5. Recipients, transfers and retention

Data may be processed by authorised people and by providers used for hosting, security, server logs, email delivery, productivity, collaboration, consent management and analytics, where those tools are actually active.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under applicable safeguards. The final provider list and transfer details must be confirmed before legal go-live.

Contact and professional relationship data is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry and related follow-up, normally up to 24 months from the last interaction unless legal, security or defence needs require longer retention. Technical and security logs are retained according to operational and legal needs.

6. Rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Send requests to info@envopulse.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

7. Cookie Policy

The website uses necessary cookies for operation, security and consent preferences. With consent, it uses analytics cookies and tags through CookieConsent, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure page views and interaction events.

Analytics events do not include Contact form values such as name, email, organisation, role or message. Analytics cookies are disabled before choice, remain disabled if rejected, and stop being used for future events after withdrawal according to the consent manager behaviour.

You can change preferences at any time through the Cookie settings action in the footer.

8. Contact form and analytics boundary

The Contact form sends enquiry details to the EnvoPulse team at info@envopulse.com. The site does not send an automatic acknowledgement email to the visitor.

Analytics events are limited to technical event names and stable page or CTA identifiers. Form field values and free-text message content must not be sent to analytics.

9. Updates

This draft will be updated after final review of company details, hosting, email, consent, analytics, processors, transfers and retention. The approved version must replace this draft before legal go-live.
